Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our company Services.

Account Terms |

In order to use the Color Shutter Services, you will need to Submit Order first, with your Photography instructions and overall information of the services you need.

| You must be 18 years or older to become our client. | |||||||||||
| No automated methods are not permitted. | |||||||||||
| You must provide your NID full name (first and last), a valid email address, and other mandatory information to complete the submit order process. | |||||||||||
| You agree to maintain the security of your password and identification and to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. Color Shutter will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. | |||||||||||
| One person or legal entity cannot maintain more than one account without our consent previously. | |||||||||||
| You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in Bangladesh jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) using our services. | |||||||||||
Work Process |

We start product photography by getting your concerns/ideas/thoughts - to capture photos the way you prefer. Once we get your ‘go-ahead’ signal to move forward, we ask that you send us your product. Once the product has been received, we begin photography! Alternatively, visit the |

| Once we’ve decided to move ahead with the project, we will share our shipping details with you. You are responsible for making sure the product arrives securely and without any scratches/spots/destructions. It is recommended to place the order after we receive the product. Moreover, project time counts once your product has arrived. | |||||||||||
| Product preparation for the photoshoot is an essential part of the photography process there, so we ensure the product is looking at its best shape and form before it is placed in front of the camera. Color Shutter will NOT take any responsibilities if the shipped product is damaged somehow while shipment of product/photographing the product/at our studio. | |||||||||||
| We offer photo-post production to ALL extent you want. We are a professional photography studio, and we also have expert Photoshop designers and a well-equipped retouching company. Therefore, you don’t have to go to another company for photo-post processing. Our edited pictures are ready-to-use for the website, e-commerce, and print. Also, you can get only photo retouching services from us. | |||||||||||
| If you want the product to be returned, please return labels must be included with it. Otherwise, we generally donate the products to the local community. Moreover, return shipping is not included in the cost of photography pricing. So, returning charges will be on you (the client). | |||||||||||
| Absolutely, you can. Send us a message with your request, and we’ll let you know if we can provide it. If applicable, we’ll quote additional costs. | |||||||||||
Delivery |
|||||||||||
| To deliver your product to our studio, you can send it via any courier, whichever is easy for you, e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan, and so on. Color Shutter will NOT carry any form of charges for the product shipment. You (the client) MUST bear all the shipment charges. | |||||||||||
| Five working days. However, we usually do it in less time. Mainly, time depends on the number of projects are running right now and the queue of photography orders. | |||||||||||
| Yes, of course, we always try to make sure the images reflect precisely what you need- we do NOT charge for a reshoot if we missed out on some key points mentioned in the quote or instructions to us until the approval of sample images. However, we charge a small fee for reshooting something that you hadn’t informed us or not mentioned in the quote. | |||||||||||
| We are more than happy to revise an image due to a mistake on our part only. If you demand additional work after retouching is done, you will be charged extra for retouching. However, we will NOT reshoot for any reason after you have approved the sample images. In the case of retouching the photo, we offer unlimited redo until the quality is met as per your instructions, and this redo is free of charge. | |||||||||||
Pricing |

| We fix our pricing according to your ideas and demands. Every product can be shot in multiple angles and retouched at any level as per the end-use of the image. Therefore, we need to talk to you first, to let know your idea. So that we can offer the best offer and discounted price for your product photoshoot. | |||||||||||
| You can get your images earlier than the regular processing time, but extra charges will be applied. | |||||||||||
| We provide images with high-quality that you can upload straight onto your website and print. An extra charge will be applicable. | |||||||||||
| Color Shutter doesn’t provide any model services for photography. You (the client) should take full responsibility and charges on your behalf. As our client, you need to hire professional models (male and female), carry the model photography charges and manage the schedule between our photographer and model. | |||||||||||
| Color Shutter will NOT bear any kind of Government charges/payments to third party/shipment charges/product lost or broken/ claim or infringement charges of your orders at any time. | |||||||||||
Copyright and Photo Ownership |

| We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. But, in case of any copyrights claims against your material, Color Shutter will NOT take any responsibility and support you for infringement. You must take all the liabilities of sharing the materials. | |||||||||||
| Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, for marketing purposes and our company’s branding, we may share images on website, brochure and online/offline media. You agree to allow us sharing the images. | |||||||||||
| You must not modify, change or redesign the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is provided by Color Shutter. | |||||||||||
| The website design and Content of the Services is Copyright ©2021 Color Shutter. All Rights Reserved. You SHOULD NOT duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS or digital elements without any written permission from Color Shutter authority. | |||||||||||
Image Rights |

| As a Color Shutter client all images send to you as the copyright owners. But you cannot reedit, modify or change the image to downgrade our service quality. | |||||||||||
| Color Shutter reserves the right to use your images, including but not limited to company’s portfolio images and submissions to the Color Shutter Blog in purpose of marketing the Company website and brand across both offline and online materials and channels including third party sites, forums, and social networks. | |||||||||||
| Color Shutter reserves the right to use certain client activities and properties including but not limited to images of your completed orders, interactions with Color Shutter on social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and email for purposes of marketing and public relations, including but not limited to testimonials, advertising copy, and creative images. | |||||||||||
| You may opt out of the above rights if you notify us explicitly that you do not wish your images or activities to be used in any or all of the ways described in this Image Rights section. | |||||||||||
| These rights apply to all the users of Color Shutter where applicable. | |||||||||||
Changes |

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is made, such updated Terms material we will be provided at least 15 days prior notice before taking the final effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion of Color Shutter.
To continue the access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you must agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
